This causes downtime in production and sometimes tablet defects.<\/p><p>Extensive tests were carried out with the iSpray \u2013 the external lubrication system from Pharma Technology as well as with another \u201cwell-known\u201d supplier to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system to solve the 4 common problems regularly encountered:<\/p><ul><li>Sticking issue &amp; speed improvement<\/li><li>Uncontrolled flow of lubricant in the press<\/li><li>Lubricant soiling of the tablet press<\/li><li>Inconsistency of content &amp; hardness<\/li><\/ul><p><b>The
