CI Precision’s SP SADE series weight sorters accurately and repeatably sort a wide range of products, from tablets and capsules to implants. They offer flexible configurations from bench-top units to large-scale systems, improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
Each tablet or capsule is weighed, ensuring 100% weight inspection. Unlike alternative solutions, the standard SADE SP series is also capable of handling a wide variety of softgel capsules. More than 90% of a batch can often be recovered and returned to production using a SADE SP weight sorter.
