The CUB-X system is a non-destructive multifunctional inspection unit designed to measure tablet thickness, API concentration, and moisture content at high speed. Using non-destructive NIR-SRS spectroscopy and laser technologies, it can analyze up to 20,000 tablets per hour. Another innovation in the QControl series, the CU-120, performs 100% content uniformity testing by inspecting each tablet individually. Equipped with a multi-point NIR-SRS probe to predict API concentration and a 3D microwave resonator to measure individual weight, it enables real-time decision making (RTD) and ensures defective products are automatically sorted out.
